The Influencing Power is in the Spirit of a being

Any Intelligent knows that the Influencing Power is in the Spirit of a being , and is released through his/her Presence ; 
non-verbal and verbal Methods to release the Influencing Power is used according to Receiver's Intellect.

Non-verbal Methods are more Useable by Intelligent beings.






That the Influencing Strength proceeds from Pure Spirit towards Wholeness (Love;  wisdom, knowledge, health, understanding and faith),  is Vital ; and this  is Unbounded by time space boundaries for those who are more spiritual ( being of Spirit).
