It is Intrinsic nature of Spirit ( akin, Wind) to manifest, and thus it can be perceived, measured, calibrated and held accountable ( SQ, EQ, IQ). The more Pure do not require Physicality to know things of the Spirit: Spiritual Science is also Valid ( Introspection, Meditation , Contemplation : Ascetic thoughts ).

Truth being of Spirit realm, manifests: it is Intrinsic nature of Spirit to manifest, and a Manifestation can be titled, perceived, measured and held accountable ( Metrics : SQ. EQ, IQ). God is essentially, Eternal Spirit Truth . Spiritual Science is not dependant upon Physicality for Establishing Truth. Other Sciences incl. Quantum Physics and BioChem require Physicality and affirm Truth. ........ SUTRAS are in accordance with  Logos/Abiding principles ( inherent in True immortal spirit ) of Truth ; and can be Rhema ( a Required energy Release through requisite Prayer, deed,  gesture/s, or word/s). Since "Objective Realities" preexist, none can manipulate, or make up their own  ' god '/ eternal  Spiritual righteous laws and Norms : God has Intrinsic character, nature and Conscience that is  spiritual energy Truth ( Love that is Immortal , fulfilling  and beyond mortality & sensory), and Manifests accordingly. Manifestation is possible to perceive/ measure , even tangibly. Spiritual Science enables Knowing of Truth by Realisation due to Pure spirit mind (& does not depend upon externality).

Wisdom is prior , faith, in Vitality and Creation wholesome. When someone has not used Wisdom ( that is in Flow of  "Cause - effect" Phenomenon), then Faith is required towards drawing the requisite Essence for balancing Harmony.

Any Intelligent knows that the Influencing Power is in the Spirit of a being , and is released through his/her Presence ;  non-verbal and verbal Methods to release the Influencing Power is used according to Receiver's Intellect. Non-verbal Methods are more Useable by Intelligent beings. That the Influencing Strength proceeds from Pure Spirit towards Wholeness (Love;  wisdom, knowledge, health, understanding and faith),  is Vital ; and this  is Unbounded by time space boundaries for those who are more spiritual ( being of Spirit). SUTRAS affirms this.
